Flash Bridle

Flash bridles are bridles that include a flash noseband – one of the most popular nosebands in use in the equestrian world.

Ideally suitable for both everyday and competition use, the flash noseband is useful in helping prevent the horse from crossing his jaw or getting his tongue over the bit. However, it is not designed to force the horse’s mouth closed and care should be taken not to fasten too tightly. This can create more problems than it solves. You should be able to comfortably fit 2 fingers between the flash strap and the horse.

Flash nosebands are permitted in lower level dressage competitions and in all eventing phases.[/read]
